The session would be most effective with your empty stomach; please do NOT have a full meal 2 hours prior to your scheduled session

Remember to drink enough water before the treatment.

You will be spending some time just to release the tension inside; we advise you to show up with loose clothes to release the tension outside, too

REPORT IMMEDIATELY to our practitioners if you feel any unwell and unease during the session

The Massage.Stretch Approach is a powerful technique to release your tension, but the Approach should not be the only solution to your problem; please comply to our advise, instructions and referral to ensure better result
